Health & Wellness
World health, one meal at a time.
It started in the casting office. After twenty-five years as a casting coordinator in film and television, LaTanya was never on the craft-service line — but she was often the one asking production and craft services to bring in healthier options for herself and for the crew members who needed better choices on set. That voice in production became the beginning of a much larger mission.
Her studies began in Compton, California, with Dr. Paul Goss. At sixteen, she earned her first certification in iridology — the study of the iris as a way of reading the internal body and seeing where issues or blockages live inside. A year later, at seventeen, she was referred to Dr. Sebi. Under the guidance of those two gurus, she learned to share remedies with the very industry that had raised her. That is where the name Hollywood Veganista came from: Hollywood roots, plant-based remedies, and a wellness practice built from real study.

LaTanya's first wellness certification was iridology: reading the iris of the eye to understand blockages and imbalances inside the body. That early training still shapes how she builds every menu.
Real change is not a cleanse. It is one better meal, repeated — for families, communities, and eventually the world.
